A worked estimate for a team of 5 serving 10 clients: if chasing requests and sign-off across chats, spreadsheets and email takes about 4 staff-hours a week, at about RM 33 an hour that is roughly RM 570 a month — before disputes, rework and late payment. Your own numbers will differ.

Do clients ever cost anything?
No. Clients, verifiers and observers are free and unlimited on every plan. You pay per workspace, by the number of projects and team members, never per client.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with no card, confirm your email, and you have 7 days with 1 project and 3 team members — every feature included. After 7 days your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and your clients can still accept or reject work you have already delivered.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, for now. Email hello@onoro.app with the plan you want and your workspace name; we send a bank-transfer invoice and switch your plan on within one working day. Online card payment is coming soon.
Who counts as a team member?
Your own people: the workspace owner and anyone on your side who works the cards (owners and members of your projects). Clients, verifiers and observers you invite with those roles do not count, and are always free.
What counts as a project?
Every project in your workspace that is not archived. Archive a finished project and it no longer counts toward your plan — its boards, reports and history are kept.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Email us and we change it, usually within one working day. If you move to a smaller plan while over its limits, nothing is deleted; you simply can’t add new projects or team members until you are back under the limit.
Who pays for AI and email?
AI is optional. You can add your own Claude API key in your organisation settings, so AI use is billed to you directly by Anthropic. Emails go out from your own mail account if you add one; otherwise they are sent from the Onoro address. Neither changes your plan price.
Where is our data kept?
Onoro runs on Malaysian hosting (Exabytes), with a full backup every day. It is built around Malaysia’s PDPA: a privacy notice on the request link and login page, a download-my-data button for every user, and automatic removal of requesters’ contact details after the period you set.
