The page that ends “was this done?”

A proof-of-delivery report is a dated record of what was asked, what was delivered, who checked each item and who accepted the round. Onoro builds it from the round itself — nothing to type up. Below is a sample laid out like the real report: each item with the original request, the result, who checked it, and every earlier rejection with its date and reason. Switch between an open round (draft) and two signed rounds.

Prints only the round shown. Choose “Save as PDF” in the print window, as in the app.

Check a record ID

Anyone can type a record ID on the public check page and see whether it is genuine, with a summary of the round. The IDs in this sample are made up, so the check page will not find them.

Why it matters

Four arguments it settles before they start.

“You never asked for that.”

Every item shows the original request, word for word, with the date it arrived and whether it came in through the request link.

“It was never checked.”

Each item names who checked it, when, and their note. When a board requires verification, only named verifiers can move work to done.

“It keeps breaking.”

Each round shows how much needed rework, each item lists every earlier time it was not accepted, and each card counts its re-opens.

“I never approved that.”

The verifier signs the round off, with name, date, comment and a record ID. Attach it to the invoice.

Sealed, not just saved

Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before.

Illustration of how the seal works

Every move, comment and decision is written to a log where each entry includes a cryptographic fingerprint (a hash) of the previous entry. Change anything later and the chain no longer matches, and the audit-trail check on the rounds page and on every report stops saying “intact”.

What anyone sees when they check a record ID

No login needed. The check page confirms the record is genuine and unchanged since sign-off, and shows a summary of the round — never the item details, which stay on the report for people with access to the project.
