The client request & sign-off portal

Every client request.Every fix.Signed off.

Clients raise requests from a link. Your team delivers. The client verifies each item, and you get a signed proof-of-delivery report. No lost WhatsApp messages, no “I never approved that”, and no clients reading your internal notes.

Your developer works the cards. Only you can move an item to Verified.

The real competitor

Today most client work runs on WhatsApp, Excel and email. It works — until a request gets lost, a fix gets disputed, or nobody can say who approved what.

“Did you see my message?”

Requests arrive in five chats and three inboxes. Some are never actioned, and nobody notices until the client does.

“It’s still not fixed.”

Work is marked done without the client checking it. Re-opens happen in a new thread, and the history is gone.

“I never approved that.”

At handover or invoice time there is no record of who accepted what, and when. Disputes become your word against theirs.

How it works

One loop, from request to signature.

1 of 5

Request

Your client taps a link — shared on WhatsApp, by email or as a QR code — and describes the request. No account needed, and they get a private page to follow its progress.

2 of 5

Clarify

Questions go back on the card, not into a chat. With AI switched on, Onoro drafts the clarifying questions and flags likely duplicates.

3 of 5

Deliver

Your team or vendor works the card. Internal notes stay internal; the client only sees what you share.

4 of 5

Verify

Only your client can accept the work. If they go silent for 7 days, your team can accept on their behalf, with a reason, and the report marks it clearly.

5 of 5

Signed off

The verifier signs off the round with a comment. You get a time-stamped proof-of-delivery report, with a record ID anyone can check.

Built for work between two parties who don’t share an office.

Task boards are made for teams working together. Onoro is made for a team and its clients, vendors or contractors — included, but properly walled off.

Each client sees only their own work

Give each client their own project under one account. Clients see only the projects they’re invited to — never another client’s requests.

Internal notes stay internal

Every comment is marked Internal or Shared. Discuss cost, blame and workarounds with your team without the client reading along.

Only your client can accept it

A named verifier on the client side accepts each item or rejects it with a reason. Silent for 7 days? Your team may accept on their behalf, with a reason that the report shows.

Test rounds, tabulated

Group items into Round 1, 2, 3. See pass rates, re-open counts and items stuck too long — without building a spreadsheet.

Requests from a link, not an app

Clients who will never log in to a board can still send a request from their phone in under a minute, then follow it on their own status page.

English and 中文, per person

Each user picks their language, and any card can be translated in one tap (with AI switched on) — for cross-border teams, partners and families.

The signature feature

A proof-of-delivery report, generated for you.

A proof-of-delivery report is a dated record of what was requested, what was delivered, who checked each item, and who accepted the round. Onoro produces it when a round is closed and signed off.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is a client sign-off portal?

A client sign-off portal is a shared space where a client raises requests, the service provider delivers them, and the client formally verifies and accepts each item. Unlike a task board, it separates what the client sees from internal discussion and keeps a record of who approved what, and when.

Do my clients need to create an account?

Not to send requests. Anyone with the link or QR code can send one, and gets a private status page. The person who verifies and signs off rounds is invited by email and sets up their own login.

How is this different from Trello?

Trello is built for teams working together on a shared board, and board members see the whole board. Onoro is built for a team working with outside parties: each client sees only their own items, internal comments stay hidden, only the client can mark work verified, and every round produces a signed proof-of-delivery report.

Where is our data kept? Is it PDPA-compliant?

Onoro runs on Malaysian hosting (Exabytes), with a full backup every day. It is designed around Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act: a privacy notice on the request link and login page, a download-my-data button for every user, and automatic removal of requesters’ contact details after the period you set.

Can I use it in Chinese?

Yes. Each person chooses English or Simplified Chinese for the interface, and any card can be translated in one tap (with AI switched on), so cross-border teams and families can work in their own language.

How much client work leaks through your chats?

Take the 3-minute Client Delivery Leakage Score. See where requests get lost, re-opened or disputed — and roughly what it costs you each month.
